Directions:

• Lavender Magnesium Flakes Bath Soak: Shake before use. Dissolve desired amount in warm (not hot) bath water. Immerse your body for ten to twenty minutes to achieve best results.
• Lavender Sugar Scrub: Mix well before use by lightly pressing the packaging all over to stir ingredients together. Gently massage a small handful of scrub in a circular motion onto wet skin. Leave the scrub on your body for a few minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
• Lavender Body Oil: Apply a small amount to skin where needed.  Or apply immediately after showering to lock in oils and moisture.
• Lavender Sleep Mist: Spray into the air around your pillow and bed to create a calming environment for sleep. Lay down, take a deep breath and relax. Can also be sprayed on the face and body to create cooling calmness. Repeat as often as you would like.
