My journey began in my late 20’s before I started InnerSoul. I went through a very heart wrenching time in my life where their was great loss and pain. It was my 30th birthday where I had an epiphany, a moment where I realized the intentions of those around me and how they negatively impacted my life and well being. Right then and there, I made a vow to myself to follow my intuitions and gut instincts when I feel my happiness is endangered by someone else’s actions and I will no longer allow those actions to compromise my well being. Through my healing process is where i came to realize that self love is the only way to dead the curses that we have innocently inherited through society, and our prior generations. This was inner work that took time and strength building efforts to find my happiness and power because what Ive learned is that You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have and for all of that I am grateful.
